Starting in January, we'll be offering 6 classes for different areas of computer knowledge.
Computer Basics - Learn how to use the mouse, keyboard, and how to get on the Internet. No computer experience necessary for this class.
Intro to Photos - Learn how to manage, edit, and resize your photos. Must be comfortable using a mouse. Social Networking - Become familiar with Facebook, Twitter, and other online social media websites. No computer experience necessary.
Advanced Excel 2007 - Learn about creating/editing charts, creating/editing formulas, spreadsheet security and more in this class. Must have basic Excel skills or experience.
Buying & Selling on eBay - Presentation on buying & selling using eBay.com. Must be comfortable with using the Internet. Creating free websites - Set up your own free site using Google sites, integrate multimedia into your site, and learn some web design tips. Must be comfortable with using the Internet and email. Drop-in Computer Help – Need to practice skills learned in class? Come to the Loft on Wednesdays 10am-12pm to receive help with the Internet, filling out online applications, resume formatting, social networking, setting up email accounts, using our Catalog, and more!
